probably not...
but it would make life a heck of a lot easier sometimes!
Kaleb has been cutting FOUR molars for about a month now. He has the top two and the bottom right cut through and coming out pretty much all the way. But of course, the final one has to take it's jolly sweet time! For about that same month, he has been having problems sleeping..well, not so much sleeping, but getting to sleep. Some nights we put him down and it is two hours before he goes to sleep. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful that he isn't in there crying..but on a long day, it's nice to put him down and have him go right to sleep, and be able to sit down and not think. Hearing him sing and coo is beautiful..but not when he should be sleeping. Of course now it is starting to affect nap time too, which is (sarcasm warning) just lovely. Today it took him about 35 minutes to get to sleep, and then he only slept for about an hour and ten minutes. He normally takes a 2 and a half hour nap! Needless to say, it was a pajama day for Mama! Then, a miracle happened. I put him down at seven tonight (versus the eight o' clock bedtime we have been trying lately) because, quite frankly, I have been alone with him all day and was done. He cooed for about fifteen minutes, and out he went...like a light! So now I am sitting here wondering if he would like to go back to the seven o' clock bedtime. Who knows? All I know is I am sitting here in the quiet, and it is nice after the day that I have had.
Hopefully by the end of next week that tooth is out all the way, and then we only have four more to go before he is done getting teeth!
