This upcoming week (starting tomorrow) is going to be hectic. I feel like I have a million things to do! Tomorrow we have to go birthday present shopping for a party on Sunday and I need to run by Target and clear them out! I want to go to Michaels too because I have a coupon for 40% off one item and I want to start getting Halloween decorations so I can decorate a lot this year. I figure since I get a coupon every week, I will start buying one thing a week, or every two weeks, and see how much I can get. Heck, if I get enough Halloween, I will just start on Christmas! I think I am about ready to start my Christmas shopping too! I know, I know..but I just feel like getting it out of the way. We were thinking we will get everyone done and then on Black Friday we will be at Toys R'Us (since we live 2 minutes from one) at 4am and get Kaleb done all in one shot. I did find a couple things I want for Kaleb already, so I will just watch the sales. Then Saturday is family day and my dad and sister are coming over. I am thinking a little bit of swimming is in order! Sunday we have the birthday party at 11am and then we'll come home for Kaleb to take a nap and then we have to go to Liz & Zeb's (Zeb is Roland's cousin & Kaleb's godfather & Liz is who I am taking my cake class with) and Liz and I have to get everything ready for Monday.....because Monday we have to make our cake for class and get this! I have to make 20 roses and 15 swirl flowers to take with me on Wednesday. They have to sit for 2 days. I haven't been making my cakes, I have been buying them from our teacher, so this should be interesting. Plus we are having a pot luck in class Wednesday so I need to get my stuff that I am in charge of ready for that!
Tuesday should be madness because it's Roland's day off. I'm already tired thinking about all of this!
Oh! And get this. Roland's job (County of Fresno) is, as everyone knows, low on money. So they sent us paperwork like a month ago and we had to sign it making sure his Insurance was okay and Kaleb and I were really dependents, because I guess people lie about that kind of thing. So, now they send me something saying I have to get together our marriage certificate and Kaleb's birth certificate with both our names on it proving were married and were his parents! I guess they want to make sure they aren't spending any money they shouldn't be, but geez! I think there is one other document too....oh! A checking account with both our names on it! Really now, folks!
Well I better go get some things done while Kaleb is napping. I need to get my groceries ordered for delivery tomorrow!
