I obviously can remember what I was doing this time 2 years ago...I was a huge preggo just waiting for that baby to come into this world. But last year at this time feels just like yesterday! We had just moved into where we live now, and we were planning the first birthday bash! Kaleb wasn't walking yet, was hardly talking, and was still eating pretty much the same thing every day.
Fast forward to today. He talks NON-STOP! Some days, I just need a break from all the chit chat! He still doesn't walk...he runs..everywhere. He eats anything, but some days, his opinion comes out and he only wants noodles or cheese...noodles with cheese (aka mac n' cheese) is a big hit in this household. His favorite movie is The Little Rascals. He's still a little guy. He's pretty tall, but he's so darn skinny! He loves smoothies from Starbucks, and asks for them about once a week. Have you ever heard a twenty-three month old say "starbucks!"? It's pretty hilarious.
It's pretty amazing to watch him grow into the little boy that he is becoming. It's also pretty rewarding to know that I am at home with him teaching him everything that he knows. I am so over-joyed to know that in just about five and a half short months, I'll be doing it all again.
